Chocolate Carmel Bars

Ingredients
- 1-14 oz. package caramels
- 2/3 C evaporated milk
- 1 box German Chocolate Cake mix
- 3/4 C butter, softened
- 1 C pecans
- 12-oz. package chocolate chips
- 3.9 oz. box chocolate instant pudding

Preparation
Step 1
Combine caramels and 1/3 C of evaporated milk and melt on low heat. Do this first because it takes a while. Next combine cake mix, remaining milk, soft butter and pudding mix. Press ½ of mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 7 minutes. Sprinkle nuts, chocolate chips and pour caramel sauce over. Crumble remaining cake mix on top and bake 15-18 minutes. Cool completely before serving
