Rosemary Chive Oil

  • Fresh Rosemary
  • Fresh Chives
  • Olive Oil
  • Quantities will vary depending on the number of servings - use about 1 tsp of olive oil per serving and enough equal parts herbs to make an oil dense with herbs.

Preparation

Step 1

1. Remove rosemary from the stem and finely chop
2. Chop chives into small pieces
3. Place rosemary and chives into olive oil, stir, and let sit for at least thirty minutes to meld flavors
4. Pour over roasted potatoes, grilled chicken, roasted root vegetables, or grilled steak.
