Great refreshing smoothie to help promote muscle recovery after a hard run or workout.

Ingredients
- 1 large grapefruit, peeled and cut
- 1 bananas
- 4 ounces water/mixed with ice
- 3-4 handfuls of spinach (or as much as your blender will allow)
- 1 scoops of protein powder of choice (I used Standard Process)
