Ingredients

  • 1 large grapefruit, peeled and cut
  • 1 bananas
  • 4 ounces water/mixed with ice
  • 3-4 handfuls of spinach (or as much as your blender will allow)
  • 1 scoops of protein powder of choice (I used Standard Process)
