Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons pumkin pie spice
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 egg

- 2 teaspoons pumkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine liquid ingredients until well mixed and smooth.
In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
Add the dry ingrerdients to the pumkin mixure and stir until just
combined.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. For each
pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto the the griddle. Brown each side and
serve hot with maple syrup.
