    teaspoons pumkin pie spice

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine liquid ingredients until well mixed and smooth. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Add the dry ingrerdients to the pumkin mixure and stir until just combined. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto the the griddle. Brown each side and serve hot with maple syrup.
