Monte's Ham Glaze

Ingredients

• 15 pounds smoked ham
• 1 1/2 cups orange marmalade
• 1 cup dijon mustard
• 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a small saucepan and heat for about 5 minutes.
Heat ham at 300 for about two hours. Brush with glaze and cook another
hour.

Add glaze every 15 minutes.
