• 1 C wheat bran
• 1 C whole wheat flour
• 1/2 C ground flax
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 C grated zuchinni
• 1/2 C applesauce
• 1 C milk
• 2 tsp oil
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp orange rind
• 1 C chopped walnuts
• juice of 1 orange
• 1/2 C raisins
