Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb potatoes. peeled and cubed
- 1 red onion. Halved and sliced
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 1/2 cup broccori florets
- 1 sm zucchini. sliced
- 1 green bell pepper. sliced
- 1/4 cup corn
- 2 cloves garlic. minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 1 1/4 cups veggie broth
- 1/3 cups cooked chestnuts
- S & p to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes till softened. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile. cook remaining ingredients in a skillet for 10 mins. Stirring occasionally. Add cooked potatoes and cook 15. mins longer . Serve with vegan crusty bread
