Ingredients
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for frying)
- 3 Jalapenos (thinly sliced into coins)
- 1/4 cup Rice Flour for dusting
- Salt
Preparation
Step 1
In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil over a medium-high. Toss the jalapeno slices in the rice flour. Fry jalapenos just until crispy, about 2 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon to a paper towel-lined plate. Season with salt.
