Ingredients
- 4 . Cups veggie broth
- Brown rice
- 1 red onion. Sliced thin
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 4 oz. Cooked chestnuts
- 2 med celery stalks. Sliced thin
- 3 . Tbsp chopped parsley
- 3/4 cup corn kernels
- s & p to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Heat broth and add rice (use package instructions for rice to liquid ratio). Cook for 10 min. Stir in garlic. chestnuts. celery. parsley and corn. Season with s&p and cook 40 mine over low heat or till liquid has been absorbed
