Ingredients
- 3 lbs. ground round
- 1 cup Kikoman soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 T fresh crushed or powdered ginger ~ maybe a little less
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Make ground round into tiny balls
Place on large flat broiler pan
Pour over all other ingredients
Cook for 1 hour, uncovered at 275*
Pour into chafin dish
Can freeze - save juice
