Ingredients
- 1 Stuffing-Stuffed Pork Chop per person (purchase at meat department)
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth or water
- 1 or 2 cans Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup(based on number of pork chops)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
• In a large ovenproof skillet, brown chops in oil(don't over cook)on both sides, use tongs to turn over. Remove pan from heat. In a bowl, mix the soup with the chicken broth till you get a gravy consistency and pour over pork chops. Place the skillet in the oven to bake uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a thermometer reads 150 -160°. Use the 150 if setting chops aside in pan because they will finish cooking internally and not be chewy. Don't over cook.
