Ingredients
- 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 3/4 cup chopped onion/dried use less
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 clove garlic

Step 1
Marinate overnight - keep turning to coat evenly.
Bake 350 degrees on cookie sheets for 1 hours, turn for another 15 min.
till nice mahogany brown.
Recipe good for approx. 7 pounds of chicken.
