Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients

  • Dip Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds large uncooked shrimp
  • olive oil
  • pinch salt and pepper
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp cayanne pepper
  • pinch of sugar
  • 2 Tbls. dried grated union
  • 1 Tbls. chopped fresh dill/dried if don't have fresh just use a little less.

Preparation

Step 1

Heat grill pan and brush with oil.
peel, devien shrimp and brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Skewer shrimp and grill on med high approx. 4 minutes each side.

Shrimp Dip: mix above ingedients well and chill in frig. for a couple hours. Serve with warm shrimp off the grill.
