Banana Bars

Ingredients

• Cream:
• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter
• add
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 c sour milk or buttermilk
• 3 large bananas
• 1 t vanilla
• 1/4 t salt
• 1 tsoda
• 2 cups flour
• Frosting:
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 3 ounces cream cheese
• 1/4 c butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• milk if needed for consistency

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients for cake together. Put in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 min. cool and frost.
