Ingredients

• Cake ingredients:
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 Tbls white vinegar
• 1/3 cup oil
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup cold water
• Moca Frosting:
• 1 2/3 cup confectioners sugar
• 1 to 2 Tbls cocoa

Preparation

Step 1

Cake:
Sift first five ingredients
Add remaining ingredients - mix until smooth.
Bake in greased and floured glass 8 x 8 pan.
at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes depending on your oven.
Start testing at 25 minutes with a toothpick.

Frosting:
Beat until smooth, 1/4 to 1/2 cup butter add sugar gradually. Blend until creamy. Add 1/8 tsp. salt, 2 Tbls hot strong coffee. Beat for 2 minutes. When frosting is cool, add tsp. of vanilla, beat till smooth,do not over beat or will have a whipped consistency. Spread on completely cooled cake. Yummy!
