Crunchy Onion Chicken

This chicken is so tender and moist. I always keep a can of French's Fried Onions in my pantry for a quick meal.

Ingredients
- 11/2 cups French's French Fried Cheddar Onions (You can use the regular but it's not as tasty.)
- 1 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (I use the ones with 15% chicken broth added.)
- 1 egg, beaten
Preparation
Step 1
1. Crush onions in a plastic bag.
2. Dip chicken into beaten egg, then coat the crumbs.
3. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees or until cooked through.
