Ingredients
- 1 package marinated flank steak
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 package fresh mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup whipping cream, half-and-half, or light cream
Preparation
Step 1
Open flank steak package and slice into long pieces thinly. Drizzle a large frying pan with olive oil. Toss flank steak in the frying pan until coated with oil and let it cook on all sides until medium-well.
In another pan, melt the butter and saute the onions and mushrooms until soft. Add the cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce and cream. Stir until warmed through.
Serve the flank steak topped with the mushroom sauce and a side of garlic mashed potatoes and carrots.
