Onion soup mix or 2 vegetable stocks

Fix onion soup mix as directed on package or Boil water for soup and put the vegetable stock cubes in it. Add vegetables and tomato juice. Cook for 1 1/2 hours.

You can eat the soup at any time of the day when on diet, as it will only make you feel full without adding calories (the calories you'll consume with it are less than the calories needed to your body to process the soup).

Wash and cut celery ribs to desired length. Fill with cream cheese. Shake on desired amount of hot sauce.

Slice banana into desired dish. Mix 1/4 cup soda with gelatin to soften. Heat 1 cup soda and add to gelatin mixture to dissolve. Put all ingredients in blender (except bananas) and blend until smooth. Pour into dessert dish over banana and place in refrigerator until set.

Put all the dressing ingredients in a jar, make sure the lid is firmly fastened, and shake well. Taste and adjust the seasoning, then pour over the vegetables and stir well.

Dry-roast the pumpkin and sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan, stirring them so that they don't catch too much. Remove the pan from the heat when they begin to colour.
