Ingredients
- 2 lb ( 4 Cups ) Plain Flour
- 2 oz Caster Sugar ( 4 Tbs)
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 6 oz Butter ( 12 tbs/1 ½ sticks )
- 3 Eggs
- 15 oz ( 1 3/ Cups Milk )
Preparation
Step 1
Sift flour/sugar and Baking Powder tog.
Add Butter mix into breadcrumbs with fingers
Make a well and add beaten eggs and milk mixture until able to knead into a ball.
Knead then roll out to appx ½ inch thickness or enough to get 20 rounds out.
Place on baking pan covered with parchment paper in a 390 deg oven for 15 mins or until lightly browned.
