Ingredients
- 60 oz tomato sauce
- 4 red peppers, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 4-6 bullion cubes
- 2 lbs beef
- 4 lbs chicken
- season salt
- white pepper
- Serve with white rice and plaintain

Step 1
Season and boil meat
Drain and set aside
Blend tomato sauce, onions, and red peppers in blender
In large pan, heat 1/4 onion and minced garlic in olive oil
Add stew mix and meat
Add bullion cubes
Season to taste
