Ingredients

• 60 oz tomato sauce
• 4 red peppers, chopped
• 2 onions, chopped
• 4-6 bullion cubes
• 2 lbs beef
• 4 lbs chicken
• season salt
• white pepper
• Serve with white rice and plaintain

Preparation

Step 1

Season and boil meat
Drain and set aside
Blend tomato sauce, onions, and red peppers in blender
In large pan, heat 1/4 onion and minced garlic in olive oil
Add stew mix and meat
Add bullion cubes
Season to taste
