  • 2 smashed garlic cloves
  • Red Chile Flakes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 c cooked whole-wheat penne
  • Chopped basil
  • CRumbled Ricotta Salata Cheese

Step 1

1. Saute mixed veggies w/EVOO, garlic, a pinch of red chile flakes, and salt & pepper to taste in a small skillet until tender, 6-8 min.
2. Toss w/penne & basil. Serve w/cheese.
