Cobbler Pastry

Ingredients

  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream all ingredients together.

Crumble on top of cobbler.

Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the crumble. Do not stir.

Bake 1 hour at 350.
