Coconut French Toast

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1-1/4 cups milk
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 14 slices day-old bread
  • 1 pkg (7 oz) flaked coconut

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, beat eggs; add milk, sugar and cinnamon. Add bread; one at a time, soak each side. Coat both sides with coconut. Place on greased baking sheets. Bake at 475F. for 5 mins. each side or until golden. Serve with maple syrup.
