Red Wine Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
  • Freshly ground white pepper
  • large pinch of fine sea salt
  • honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Blend in a blender. Season to taste. Use withing 24 hours.
