Ingredients
- 3 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 3 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1-1/2 teaspoons cocoa
- 6 tablespoons bourbon or rum
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and form into small balls. If balls tend to crumble, add a few extra drops of bourbon to the mixture. Roll each in powdered sugar and store in airtight container for about 1 week to ripen. Makes 4 dozen.
