Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 6 oz pkg stove top chicken stuffing
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 jars mushroom gravy
- instant mashed potatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 5 ingredients. Shape into 5-6 oval patties, less than 1 inch thick.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add patties; cook 5 minutes. Turn. Reduce heat to medium; cook 5 minutes more or until done. Pour gravy over patties. Bring to a boil and heat through.
Meanwhile, prepare instant mashed potatoes according to box.
