Mango Jicama Slaw
Rate this recipe
- 1 mango julienned
- 1/2 cup carrots julienned
- 1 pound jicama peeled, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper seeded, julienned
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until serving.
