- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 lemons (juice and peel)
- 2 slices bread finely crumbled
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg

Step 1
Dissolve butter and sugar. Add juice, peel, egg yolks and whole egg. Let thicken. Pour over crumbs in baked pie crust. Let stand
