Rhode Island Golden Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 14 Ounce bag of Coconut Flakes
- 1 Cup of Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Step 1
Beat the eggs with a fork and add sugar and vanilla. Add coconut and chocolate chips, mixing thoroughly. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper with non-stick spray, place mounds of mixture on baking sheet and bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 10 minutes or until they turn brown. Shut off oven and leave for 10 minutes before taking out of oven.
