Ground Turkey Marsala

Ingredients
- ground turkey meat (or turkey breast)
- chopped onions or shallots
- sliced crimini mushrooms
- flour
- butter
- sweet marsala wine
- chicken stock
- s&p
- optional: frozen peas, chopped spinach, dijon mustard

Preparation
Step 1
1. saute turkey meat over medium heat in olive oil until crumbled and cooked through - remove from pan and set aside
2. saute onions/shallots in olive oil until translucent
3. move onions to side and melt a little butter - add shrooms and let side in butter without stirring or seasoning - gently stir when start to brown
4. season with s&p
5. sprinkle small amount of flour over onions and shrooms and stir to cook flour for about 1 minute
6. add marsala wine to cover bottom of pan and enough broth to make thick sauce when boiled.
7. add reserved turkey meat
8. optional: add peas or spinach to up nutrition; add mustard for flavor boost
