Balsamic and Honey Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 3 cups broccoli (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 3 cups cauliflower (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1) Combine broccoli and cauliflower in large bowl
2) Combine oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Shake well!
3) Pour over veggies and toss to coat.
4) Line non-stick pan (or aluminum foil with pam)
5) Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 450 degrees
