Ingredients
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 1 c cheese
- ½ c butter
- Herbs of your choice
- Red peppers
- 4 pcs beef/chicken
- s&p
- 1 c red wine
- ½ c cream
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a pot melt the butter. In a food processor blend together the bread, cheese, peppers and herbs. Stream in the melted butter until a smooth paste is formed – use a little bit of olive oil if needed.
2. On the meat cover with oil, salt and pepper and grill lightly in a pan. On a sheet pan lined with parchment paper – place the 4 pcs of meat and cover the top with the bread crumb crust. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 min (if chicken) or desired likeness in beef.
3. In the beef pan add the red wine and reduce to a syrup consistency – add the cream. Simmer for 10 – 15 mins.
4. Serve with mashed potatoes and a salade.
