Ingredients
- 1 oz dried porcini mushrooms
- 2-1/2 cups of Arborio rice
- 1/4 + cup instant chicken bouillon
- 1 3/4 tsp thyme
- 1 1/4 tbsp parsley
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 large onion
- 6 cups water
- 2/3 cups parmesan cheese

Step 1
In large saucepan heat oil over medium heat;cook onion stirring for about 5 min. Stir in dry mix until coated with oil. Stir in 6 cups of water; bring to boil, stirring. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring once. Add remaining water, stirring just until creamy. Add cheese
