Fume Tomato Brie

Ingredients

  • 8 in. wheel brie
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup shallot, chopped
  • 1 cup sundried tomatoes (not oil packed), chopped
  • 1 cup Dry Creek Fume Blanc
  • 1-2 tsp. Mrs. Dash or Bouquet Garni
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. capers for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Bake brie at 350 until runny (20 minutes)
Saute shallots, garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes, cover with wine. Add Mrs. Dash & saute until sauce is thick. Salt & pepper to taste. Pour over cheese, top with capers.
