Ingredients

    Asian pear

  • 1

    tablespoon sugar

  • 1

    teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/2

    cup coconut vinegar

  • 1

    pinch freshly cracked black pepper

  • 1

    tablespoon water

    fresh, live oysters

Directions

Wash, peel, core and finely chop the pear into 1/8-inch dice Add the diced pear, sugar, salt, pepper, coconut vinegar and water to a medium bowl. Whisk to incorporate. Serve immediately with freshly shucked oysters.
