Candy Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 3 over-ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- dash of salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1 cup candy topping (chocolate chips, snickers, kisses, M&Ms, butterscotch chips, cinnamon & brown sugar, or other meltable candy

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Mash bananas in large bowl.
3. Add flour, sugar, baking soda, salt & egg to bananas.
4. Melt butter and add to mix. Stir just until blended.
5. Pour into greased loaf pan.
6. Sprinkle candy on top.
7. Bake 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
(For muffins, bake 30 minutes. For mini muffins, bake 20 minutes.)
