  • 3 5oz cans thai chili-flavored tuna, drained
  • 1 lg egg white, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup panko
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup shredded cucumber
  • 1/4 cup mayo
