Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 3 tbsp sake, or rice wine
- 2 tbsp soy sauce, low sodium
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb broccoli florets
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine broth, sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch and sugar in a small bowl, set aside.
2. Heat a nonstick wok or a large skillet over medium high heat. Swirl in the oil then add the garlic. Stir fry until fragrant, about 10 seconds. Add the broccoli and stir fry until crisp tender, about 3 minutes. Add the broth mixture and cook, stirring constantly until the mixture boils and thickens, about 1 minute.
Notes: This was really very good. A repeater. Didn't knock our socks off like expected, based on previous reviews.
