Rustic Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

1.5 loaf makes 1 thick or 2 thin crust 12-16 inch pizza (depending on how thin you can toss it).
This recipe uses a bread machine.

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- I add 1-2 tablespoons King Arthur Pizza Seasoning (an herb & cheese flavor mix). You can make without or replace with herbs/dried cheese of your choice.
Preparation
Step 1
Place ingredients in bread machine in order listed on ingredient page. Turn machine onto dough setting. Once complete remove dough from machine. Punch down and let rest 10 minutes. Cut in half (if making two loves), spread dough and top as desired. Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes.
