Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup dry mustard
  • 2 well beaten eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 1 cup vinegar and 1 cup dry mustard. Let stand overnight. Next morning stir in 2 well beaten eggs, 1 cup sugar and a pinch of salt. Bring that to a slow boil, cook until it coats the spoon, stirring constantly, cool and refrigerate.
