Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower (2 lbs) cut into florets
- 3 Tbsp light cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook cauliflower in boiling water 10 minutes or until tender; drain. place in food processor container.
Add cream cheese and dill weed; cover. Process until smooth.
Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
To made in advance, prepare as directed; place in microwavable serving dish. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, uncover and microwave on HIGH 4 to 5 minutes, or until heated through, stirring after 2 minutes.
