Chicken Stoganoff

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken - diced
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 1/2 oz onion soup mix
  • 10 /2 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms
  • Rice

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Serve hot over rice.
