Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked chicken - diced
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 1/2 oz onion soup mix
- 10 /2 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- Rice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Serve hot over rice.
