Christmas Plum Pudding-Hard Sauce

• Hard Sauce-
• 1/4 c. Butter
• 1 Egg Yolk (room temp.
• 1 c. Icing Sugar
• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
• 2 tsp. Brandy (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix with blender. Sprinkle top w/ cinnamon, decorate with red and/or green marachino cherries.
