Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes, scrubbed
- salt
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 425.
2. Place potatoes on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake until tender, about 75 minutes.
3. While potatoes are baking, combine butter, salt and ginger.
4. Slit open lengthwise and push on sides to loosen flesh. Top with flavored butter.
Notes: Used fresh ginger and light butter, which I would do again.
