Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter -- softened
- 1 egg
- 2 cups fruit
- Streusel
- 1/2 cup walnuts -- chopped
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Beat all ingredients except fruit in a large bowl
on low speed for 30 seconds, then on medium for 2 minutes.
Grease a 9x13 or 9x9 pan. Spread half the batter in the pan. Spread
fruit in top. Cover with remaining batter.
Cover batter with streusel topping.
Bake for 40 minutes.
