campanelle pasta salad

Ingredients

  • 1 box pasta
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 gloves garlic
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 1 pint of chewrry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cans of artichokes
  • 2 jars of artichokes
  • 2 TBS capers
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • pepper
  • salt
  • balsamic vinegar
  • lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

boil pasta, saving 2 cups of water. In skillet, heat oil and cook the onion and garlic. add tuna, tomatoes, artichokes, capers and thyme. Cook for about 6 minutes. add pasta and 1/4 olive oil. toss and add water if needed.
