Reduced Calorie Blossom Sauce

This is good with crab cakes and fried onions.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons creamy horseradish (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or use part Ancho pepper)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and put in the fridge for at least 3 hours to let flavors meld.
