Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tsp vanilla
  • 3-4 large Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
  • Cinnamon & Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar and eggs and add oil. Add flour, baking powder, orange juice and vanilla. Grease and sugar a tube pan.

Add layer of dough, half of the sliced apples topped with cinnamon sugar, then remaining dough and apples again topped with cinnamon sugar.

Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes. Check after 60 minutes.
